1. Acceptance
By accessing magniforceinvestments.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About us
The Site is operated by Magniforce Investments Limited, a company incorporated in Uganda in 2018 and PPDA-registered, with offices at KS Plaza, 3rd Floor, Suite 302, Magambo Road, Kampala.
3. Informational only; no offer
Content on the Site — including capability descriptions, project case studies, certifications and imagery — is provided for information only. It does not constitute an offer, warranty or contractual commitment. Any engagement with Magniforce is governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the quote or contact form does not create a client relationship. Quotations, if issued, are non-binding until countersigned by an authorised representative of Magniforce and the client.
5. Intellectual property
All text, imagery, logos, project photographs and design elements on the Site are the property of Magniforce Investments Limited or its licensors and are protected by Ugandan and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without our prior written consent, other than short quotations with proper attribution.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) submit false, misleading or unlawful information through any form on the Site, (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems, or (c) use the Site to distribute malware or harass others.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including Google Maps and partner organisations). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law, Magniforce disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
